Q: How do I get customer service?
A: Send us an email at Info@VaporCup.com. In most cases, we will get back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).  We are happy to help you with any question you might have. 

Q: Does the VaporCup work by Conduction or Convection?
A:  The VaporCup is a hybrid unit. It works by elements of both conduction and convection, depending on how you use it. The cap & straw method works a bit more by conduction, with some elements convection.  The glass straw method works a bit more by convection, with some elements of conduction.  Regardless of which way you use it, the VaporCup simply works great!

Q: My VaporCup will not sit flat when the power cord is plugged in.
A:  A small charging base is provided that holds the VaporCup while plugged in. The power cord attaches to the bottom of the unit so that there are no holes on the side of the unit to detract from the discreet design.

Q: Will the VaporCup work with just the power cord when the battery is out?
A:  Yes. The VaporCup can be used with the battery removed, or while the battery is charging, as long as the power cord is plugged in.

Q: If the battery fails, can I get a replacement?
A: Yes. Replacement batteries can be found here on VaporCup.com.
The battery can be easily removed and replaced with just a small screw driver to open the battery door.

Q: How often do I need to clean the VaporCup?
A:  When you notice a difference in the way it tastes, clean the heat chamber and change the screens. You can even clean the VaporCup after each use to ensure the perfect taste.  Our removable heating chamber makes cleaning a breeze.  Just pull it out and soak it in alcohol for a clean vape every time. NOTE:  Do not remove the heat chamber until it has fully cooled. 

Q: How do I change between Fahrenheit to Celsius on the display?
Hold down either of the small temperature adjust buttons (+ or -) on the front panel for a couple of seconds, and the mode will change. The F or C can be seen on the display screen, to the bottom right of the big temperature digits.

Q: What do I do if I lose parts?
A: Most parts and accessories are for sale here on VaporCup.com. If you can not find what you need on our website, email us at info@VaporCup.com and we will find you the replacement parts that you need.

Q: Does the VaporCup work on both 110 and 220 Volts?
A: Yes. The VaporCup is designed to work on both 110 and 220 volts.
