VaporCup is not intended for use with any illegal products or for any illegal usage. VaporCup is not for use with any materials which may be illegal in your jurisdiction. The improper use of any Vapor Cup voids any existing warranty. Illegal use may result in the user incurring legal fines, penalties and/or imprisonment under applicable state or federal laws. 

Do not use liquids, wax or oil in VaporCup. Use of liquids may cause damage to the device and could result in harm or injury to the user. Liquids used in Vapor Cup will be very hot and could burn the user. VaporCup is intended to be used with only legal herbs that produce aromas. VaporCup does not come with herbs of any kind. VaporCup is sold and purchased for use in legal aromatherapy and legal herbal therapy.

Purchasers of VaporCup must be 18 years or older.  By purchasing VaporCup, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, and that any usage of VaporCup is at your own risk. VaporCup is not liable for any costs or losses of any kind (including any legal fees or other fees) arising or resulting from the use of Vapor Cup. 

It is recommended that VaporCup be used in consultation with a person knowledgeable in the fields of aromatherapy and herbs.

Please keep VaporCup and all aromatherapy in a secure place and out of the reach of children and people under the age of 18 years.
